Geoff Durden was a Senior Lecturer in Marketing, in the School of Business and Government Management, Faculty of Commerce and Administration, Victoria University of Wellington. Since 1994 he had been Director of the MCA/BCA(Honours) Programme in Marketing and responsible for the graduate teaching and research activity within the Marketing Group. He is an active researcher and is currently involved in a number of international research studies, including service quality assessment in Taiwan, and a five-nation study on export information acquisition and use. Now recently appointed to the Graduate School of Management at La Trobe University in Victoria Australia, Mr Durden lectures in management and marketing, including services marketing and international marketing. Qualifications BSc, Coventry MSc, Ashton University     Research Interests Geoff Durden is an active researcher in the areas of International Marketing and International Business, and has published internationally, including the International Journal of Advertising and Advances in International Marketing. Current research projects include service quality evaluation in an Asian setting (Taiwan) and export information use (a five-nation study). Mr Durden has facilitated interaction between students and local businesses, with MBA candidates developing international marketing plans to maximise export outcomes
