ARC Vehicle Recalibration Survey

NZTRI was asked to develop the survey instruments and methodology for an ongoing survey by the Auckland Regional Council for use in their visitor number estimates. NZTRI also produced a training and instruction manual for use by the supervisors and volunteers, and conducted initial training on their use. ARC conducted most of the actual surveying themselves, although NZTRI assisted in some of the February 2004 counts with subcontracted students.
