InterCity Group Ltd Customer Research

In-depth qualitative research into the perceptions and motivations of people using or potentially using IGL coach services to develop a baseline of data on IGL customers. Focus groups and an on-board coach survey are the primary methods of data collection. Preliminary findings from the focus groups were presented to InterCity Group Ltd in mid-2006; the on-coach surveys were conducted in early 2007, and the final report sent to IGL in April.
